My name is Maxim. I am a former gymnast and a personal trainer living in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. I provide personal training services in Dartmouth, Cole Harbour, and Halifax.

I have designed a unique Gymnastics based training with YOU in mind. It is truly PERSONAL training.

I have been training people around the world for more than 18 years. I treat every client as an individual case. I investigate your body 's movements and fitness under my biomechanics microscope and come up with the solutions hallmarked only for your mind  to instruct it on how to run the muscles in order to achieve perfection in everything.

Learn handstands, press to handstand, handstand walks, one arm handstands, pull-ups, musle-ups, planches, and other exciting skills.

Exercises to help you with lower back pain, sciatica, tenis elbow, tendonitis, stiff shoulders and neck. Learn how to move correctly to live pain free.

Gabi

The first feet from the right in the picture. She came to me with a frozen shoulder not being able to lift the left arm high.  A surgery was scheduled for her . We worked together for about 7 months. The shoulder got so much better that we were training handstands. She canceled the surgery and has progressed even more since then. Thank you, Gabi, for your trust.
